Medicare

Your GP has provided a "Mental Health Care Plan" and referred you to Key Psychology. The care plan entitles you to receive up to 10 individual sessions per year. Payment of the session fee by cash or credit card is required after each session, and a Medicare rebate of $84.80 will be paid into your nominated bank account.

Workers Compensation

If you have a claim under the WorkCover NSW or Comcare workers compensation schemes, then your GP can refer you to Key Psychology for treatment and the costs will be covered under your compensation claim.

Private Health Insurance

You have a policy that covers treatment by a psychologist. Any rebate from your Health Fund will be subject to your eligibility and applicable fund cover. Payment of the session fee by cash or credit card is required after each session and you will then make a claim through your insurer. 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

When an employer has established an agreement with Key Psychology to provide EAP counselling to employees, then the cost of this service is covered by your employer. The EAP is confidential and in many cases the counselling is also available to family members.
