Workplace Mediation
This service may be beneficial when there's tension or conflict between workers, or when a person with a psychological injury caused by workplace conflict is attempting to return to work. Typically the mediation would involve:
- Individual pre-mediation sessions with the involved parties.
- Mediation (allow up to four hours).
- Follow-up sessions as determined through the mediation.

Customised Conflict Resolution Training
Customised training on the topic of conflict resolution can be helpful when teams are forming, during periods of change and transition, and when there has been some disruption to team unity. Key Psychology will liaise closely with the referring organisation to ensure the training content meets their particular needs and circumstances.
Group Facilitation
When workers have experienced an event that would cause them to feel grief, frustration, or distress, then facilitated group session/s provide an effective means of support and can help with refocusing and taking positive steps forward.
Impartial Grievance Interviews
HR personnel or managers dealing with grievances can engage Key Psychology as an independent external party to conduct interviews with key parties, and to provide a report outlining recommendations for resolution of the conflict.
